How we work
We safely remove existing tiles, fixtures, cabinetry, and wall linings. The site is protected and prepared for trades.
All pipework and electrical are positioned to match the new layout (taps, mixers, wastes, power points, lighting, exhaust fan, heated towel rail, etc.)
We repair/adjust framing where needed, then install wet-area suitable wall linings ready for services and waterproofing.
We screed the floor to create correct drainage falls to the floor waste / shower waste. The NCC sets requirements for falls where a floor waste is installed (min/max fall ranges).
A compliant waterproofing system is applied to the required floor and wall zones (including shower areas), with correct detailing around penetrations and junctions.
Once waterproofing has cured and is ready for covering, we tile floors and walls with clean set-out lines and quality finishes.
We install your vanity, toilet, tapware, accessories and shower screens, then complete plumbing and electrical fit-off(final connections + testing) after tiling/cabinetry.
We inspect finishes, silicone/seals, drainage performance, doors/screens alignment, and complete a final clean—ready to use from day one.
